Ive found on the net a plan including dimensions for JAOS stye flaps. Does anyone know how when what and how much making something like this would cost?

Ive seen second hand ones for around 50 a set, I wondered whether we could make them cheaper than that?

Sounds exciting !

Put me down for a set as well if someone can knock a set up.

Blimey, we should club together and buy a workshop / Garage where members can get these things done at a reduced rate, including repairs !

Any of you who are members of the other club, little pajali who you can also find on their paj owners club makes them. Very good Quality and at a reasonable price I believe.

I know the motor sport division of Demon Tweaks supply stone gaurd material, which is what mudflaps really are, which you cut yourself to size. It can certainly be done.

O.K. heres the final 'cut'

alloy plates on the front but not the back as they flapped around too much

hope you like them, not expensive for materials by the way, just a bit of a swine to fit with no pattern to go off

rik Very Happy

Hi again,

Just found these whilst searching around for info.

These are a genuine set of JAOS flaps for the Star Wagon.

I have bought a paper template and fitting instructions for this style and I am getting it shipped from Japan in next few weeks.

If all goes to plan, along with my L400 template, we might be able to start producing JAOS style flaps for l300 and L400 at a fraction of the cost....who knows
