BRISTOL INTERNATIONAL BALLOON FIESTA 10th - 13th AUGUST 2006
I'm setting this one up as a Mini Meet event as I know that a lot of people are away during August for their personal holidays.
However I have it on good authority from Gerry & Sue (Blacktaz) that this event is a cracker!
Plenty of camping, although basic and a great few days events and best of all its all FREE!
There is a website that gives all the details here;
www.bristolfiesta.co.uk
Check it out and if you fancy going post below, I will keep an updated list of those who are attending.
ATTENDING

Hi Gerry & Sue,
I hope you have a great time at the fiesta, it looks like it will be a blast!
We would have loved to go to this but we are booked to go to sunny Tenby in Pembrokeshire so won't be able to make it.
Sink a few cold ones for us while you are there _________________ Cheers! Stu

HI BLACKTAZ MEOW AND ANDREW
THIS IS THE WEEK SIMON, LESLEY AND OURSELVES ARE COMING DOWN TO SEE YOU IN PORTHCAWL.
IS IT FAR TO PAY IT A VISIT WHILE WE ARE THERE
GEOGRAPHY IS NOT ONE OF MY STRONG POINTS
WE MAY CONSIDER UP ROOTING AND BOOKING ON THE SITE WITH YOU. NEED TO SPEEK TH SIMON AND LESLEY FIRST THOUGH WHEN THEY GET BACK FROM CORNWALL.

Hi there,
I have just joined but do not ,at this time, own a Delica. Would it be possible to have a chat with someone that is going tobe at the Balloon Fiesta so I could get some advice about buying one? I am going to take my family and my wife has not actually seen one yet so it would nice for her to be able to see one in the 'flesh'
many thanks |

Hi Gerry and Sue, and thank you. We will come down on the Thursday too, and hopefully meet up. Fingers crossed for the weather but I am sure it will be a great weekend whatever. Now I just have to be patient, not one of my strong points
take care
