i really like the look of delica's but most of the ones i have seen look a bit worn out if im honest. so i was wondering what is the viability of importing your own?

i saw this site http://www.tradecarview.com/
but the prices seem quite expensive?

or i found this company offering importing services

http://www.algysautos.com/ anyone got an feelings, im looking for a late say 1999/2000 diesal L400.

thanks and merry christmas to you all

For that late a model, you can be expecting to pay probably £6000 at a dealers. Not many of the facelift models have been brought into UK so that choice is limited.

Buying direct from Japan at the auctions will save money initially, but then you have the shipping costs and paperwork to get it over here.

There are some companies who provide a buy and ship service but I'm not familiar with them.

Let us know how you get on if you use one of these type of companies.
